Where each one wins
Where Sevy wins
Price. $25 is $25. It is the lowest honest price for a real CRCST question bank with a full simulator, and there is no getting around that.
Full simulator at the base price. Sevy includes the 150-question, 3-hour simulation at $25. FunPrep reserves its simulator for the $99 Plus tier.
Free 50-question test. A fixed 50-question free test with no paywall is a genuinely generous try-before-you-buy.
Career extras included. Resume builder and jobs board come standard, where FunPrep keeps its interview kit and verification letter on upper tiers.
Where FunPrep wins
12 months vs 6 months. Double the access window. If your exam date slips, and exam dates slip, you are still covered.
More questions, warmer feedback. 1,000 questions vs 825+, and every FunPrep answer comes with human, encouraging coaching instead of plain rationales.
Podcast and game. Twelve comedy episodes and a department management game. Sevy has neither.
Pass guarantee. Plus buyers who do not pass get 6 more months of Plus free if they qualify. Sevy states no guarantee.
Our honest verdict
Pick Sevy Exam Cram if budget is the deciding factor and you will test within 6 months. It is excellent value at $25. Pick FunPrep if you want twice the access, learn by listening and playing, or want the pass guarantee safety net. If you are on the fence, run Sevy's free 50-question test and our free daily drill, then follow whichever teaching style stuck.
