Is this affiliated with HSPA?

No. This is an independent study platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or any exam board. The CRCST exam is owned by HSPA; we just help you prepare for it.

How long do I get access?

Every plan includes 12 months of access from the day you sign up. That is a full year to study at your own pace, retake mocks, and review guides. No renewal charges, no surprise billing.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every plan is a one-time payment. You pay once, you study for 12 months. We will never charge your card again.

What if I fail the exam?

First, the study plan. On the Plus plan, Maya's Study Plan builds you a personalized day-by-day schedule from your practice results, so you can see exactly which domains need work before you sit. Plus also carries the pass guarantee: if you score 80%+ on two of our full-length timed mocks and still fail the real exam, you keep Plus free until you pass.

How does the Plus pass guarantee work?

Complete at least two full-length timed mock exams on your account and score 80% or higher on both. If you then take the real CRCST exam and do not pass, email us your score report and we will extend your Plus access free until you pass. All sales are final, no refunds.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Start with Essentials and upgrade to All-Access or Plus any time within your 12 months. You only pay the difference.
